not printing or sending fax

black copy when copying,will not scan when trying to fax cleanned all parts!!!...

fax machine

What is wrong with the machine if it will not send a fax? We can receive a fax and we can copy but not send....

Im Display steht:"Fehler:Drucken, siehe auch Problembehandlung und Wartung im Benutzerhandbuch. Habe ich gemacht, bin aber nichts weiter..???...
