no display on phone and 2nd phone get stuck on image upgarde screen....

i ahve two cisco phones 7961 both having different problem. one in getting start and then stuck on imgae upgarde screen and second phone just powerd on but so display.. pleas advise .. i have tried factry default but no luck...
