Will not display image. Just white screen?

Camera turns on but does not display image in viewfinder or display field. I just get a white blank screen but all the camera icons etc show up for picture type/settings etc but just no image? Tried new picture cards, new batteries, everything? Any help please?...

I have an issue

everytime I turn my camera on it's like I can't see through the view finder nor the lcd the screen is just black and when I snap a picture nothing show's up.....what do you think is the issue or is there a setting that I should alter...
