thinkpad t22 battery is charging???

the battery indicaters are blinking. then the "plus" indicator stopped but the crescent "moon" indicator still blinks. the computer is stuck in Hibernation and won't come out. does this mean the battery is charging and will eventually come out of Hibernation? How long will it take? Anything else I need to know. I'm a rookie at this....

need to know how to turn my t22 think pad on. i push the on/off button but nothing happen...

bios password

after i unplugged the bios battery to clear the cmos, when i plugged back the battery i cannot enter the bios again because it shows the locked sign and needs a password. what is this password? i suppose all password should be cleared when the cmos is cleared....
