trouble with W385, can only hear when speakerphone is on. Phone will dial and receive calls but cannot hear unless speakerphone is on. ...

incoming calls

My Motorola W385 will not receive incoming calls. You can use it to call out, but it suddenly stopped registering any incoming calls and all incoming calls go to voicemail...HELP!...
