Printing problems

I am using a visual froxpro 6 payroll on a windows xp professional operating system and printing a pay envelope on a netware network printer. Payslip dimensions are correctly set and printer is selected but when i click OK to print the payslip, it displays a preview in A4 paper size which is not correct. I think the windows xp workstation is not seeing the corerect printer. Can anyone help? ...
