low volume

hi guys i have two problems, first i have just install a tes824 and customer complains of low volume on the system and the volume on the phone is turned right up.Is there any other way to raise the volume or solve the problem and second with the new firmware version on the tes/tem cordless phone weather it be 900mhz 2.4mhz,5.8 or dect6.0 they no longer work on the system. what do i do? ...

the condition :my power supply is off for one day.i want ask about using emergency batery.how long my tes 824 will power on if i use two battery each capacity 12 volt 40 ampere. is power from that battery can stanby for 7 hours?...

cannot transfer calls from a dect phone KXTG8220

I cannot make call transfer or caller on hold with the dect phone KXTG8220, this phone is connected to a PBX KX-T824e, this is probaply the recall button, but I had changed the recall time from 250ms to 300ms but no progress made, can someone help me please? Thanks George...

Anklopfen und Weitergabe meiner Nummer bei ausgehendem Anruf.

Wer kann helfen? Ich höre zwar das Anklopfzeichen bei einem aktuellen Gespräch, aber das Drücken der "R"-Taste verbindet mich nicht mit dem neuen Anrufer.
